How Bradán Coach uses your personal data, who we share it with, how long we keep it and your rights under the GDPR.

Who is responsible

Razorbill Technology runs Bradán Coach and is the data controller for the personal data described here. When you book a review, your coach also receives your name, email, note, clip and messages so they can do the review. The coach is responsible for how they use your details outside Bradán Coach.

What we collect

If you book a review

Your name (optional), email address and the note you write for your coach.
Your video clip. It usually shows your face and body, so we treat it with extra care.
The coach's feedback, notes and any video reply, and the messages between you and your coach.
That you confirmed you're 18 or over and agreed to the terms, with the time you did.
Payment status and amount. Stripe handles your card details; we never see your full card number.
A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and email, kept for up to a day to stop abuse of the booking form.

If you're a coach

Your sign-in email, profile, logo and prices, and the reviews you write.
Your Stripe account and plan status. Stripe collects your identity and bank details for payouts.
The details the DAC7 rules require us to report to Revenue, such as your name, address, date of birth, tax number, bank account and what you earned through Bradán Coach.

Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for (contract): taking payment, storing your clip, delivering feedback, sending emails about your booking, refunds.
To meet legal obligations: keeping payment and tax records, and DAC7 reporting of coach earnings to the Revenue Commissioners.
For our legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, keeping the service secure, fixing errors, and handling disputes and complaints.

We don't sell your data, show ads or use your clip to train anything.

Who we share it with

We use these providers to run Bradán Coach. They only process your data on our instructions, except Stripe, which is also responsible for its own payment data.

Supabase: our database and file storage, hosted in the EU (Ireland).
Mux: stores and streams video clips. Playback uses signed links that expire after a few hours, so a clip can't be shared by copying its address.
Stripe: takes payments, pays coaches and handles refunds and disputes.
Resend: sends our emails.
Vercel: hosts the website.
Your coach, as described above, and the Revenue Commissioners for DAC7 reports about coaches.

Some of these providers are based in, or use staff in, the United States. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, it's protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Video clips and coach video replies: deleted 12 months after the feedback is sent or the booking is refunded, or sooner if you ask us.
Written feedback, notes and messages: kept with the booking, so you can still read your feedback after the video is deleted.
Booking and payment records: six years, as Irish tax law requires.
Rate-limit records: one day.

Cookies

We only use the cookies needed for coaches to stay signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe's payment form uses its own cookies to prevent fraud.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

give you a copy of your personal data;
correct anything that's wrong;
delete your data, including your clip, unless we have to keep it by law;
restrict or object to how we use it;
send your data to you or someone else in a common format.

Email hello@bradancoach.com from the address you booked with. We'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie or to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

Bradán Coach is for adults. You must be 18 or over to book a review or sign up as a coach.
