How a video review works

Last updated 20 October 2026

Pick a coach, pay, upload a clip of yourself paddling, and get detailed feedback back.

A video review is a coach watching a clip of you paddling and telling you exactly what to change. You don't need an account or a password.

The five steps

  1. Pick a coach and a skill. Each coach offers reviews for particular skills, such as the forward stroke or a roll. You'll find them on the coach's own website, on their Bradán Coach page, or in Find a coach.
  2. Book and pay. Enter your name and email, and pay by card. See Booking and paying.
  3. Upload your clip. Straight after paying you'll see a page where you upload your video. We email you the link too. See Filming your clip and Uploading your clip.
  4. Your coach reviews it. They watch it, add notes pinned to moments in the video, write a summary with drills, and sometimes record a spoken reply.
  5. Read your feedback. We email you when it's ready. See Your feedback.

Your review page

Everything about your booking lives on one page: the upload form, then the status, then your feedback, plus messages with your coach. The link to it is in every email we send you. Anyone with the link can open the page, so don't share it with people you don't want to see your clip.

Lost the email? Use Find my reviews and we'll send your links again.

If your coach doesn't reply in time

If your feedback isn't sent within 14 days of your clip finishing uploading, you get your money back in full automatically. See Refunds and cancelling.

Still stuck?

Paddlers, message your coach from your review page first; they know your booking best. Anyone can email us at hello@bradancoach.com.
